Official Program Description

Google Drive offers business users a free suite of applications which can be easily created, accessed online, and shared to enhance productivity and collaboration. This introductory class familiarizes participants with Drive file organization and management, and the Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Form, and Drawing applications while considering a variety of business uses. Tips, tricks, and additional functionality through Chrome apps and extensions will also be explored.

This class is useful to all professionals who wish to improve their efficiency and productivity while using Google Drive.

Expected Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, you will have developed proficiency with Google Drive file management and Google Doc applications and understand their value to business productivity and collaboration while creating relevant documents, sheets, slides, forms, and drawings in class.

Prerequisites

Participants will need to create a free Google account prior to class, if they do not already have one, and be prepared to access their account for class instruction.
